Boutique of Soccer wants you to love every jersey you buy. If something is not right, here is how to resolve it.

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

What You Can Choose

You decide between a refund or an exchange for the same product in a different size or for another product of equal value (price difference settled separately).

First Exchange Free

Boutique of Soccer covers the return shipping cost for your first exchange per order. Subsequent exchanges on the same order are at the customer's cost.

Product Conditions

To be accepted, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• With all original tags attached.
• In the original packaging when possible.

Customized Items

Jerseys customized with player name and number are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in case of manufacturing defect.

How to Request

1. Email support@boutiqueofsoccer.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include order number, the item(s) to return, and whether you want refund or exchange.
3. We will reply with return shipping instructions.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund or new item is processed within 5 business days.
