Refund & Cancellation Policy

How to Request a Refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Contact us at boutiquedoboleiro@gmail.com with your full name and order number. You will receive a refund within 10 business days of the return being approved.

Refund Methods

• Credit Card: Refund will appear within 1-2 billing cycles
• PayPal: Refund processed within 5-7 business days

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. After shipping, the standard return policy applies.

Non-Refundable Items

Personalized jerseys and items damaged by the customer are not eligible for refund.
