Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships. After dispatch, the order follows the Returns process below.

To cancel, email support@boutiqueofsoccer.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed when:

• The order is cancelled before shipping.
• The product arrives damaged or with a defect.
• The product received does not match what was ordered.
• The customer chooses a refund instead of an exchange under our return policy (within 7 days of delivery).

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, PayPal, or Shop Pay). Processing time depends on your bank — typically 5 to 10 business days after we approve the refund.

What Is Not Refundable

• Products returned outside the 7-day window.
• Items with signs of use, washing, or removed tags.
• Customization fees (player name and number printed) — these are non-refundable once produced.
